Life Therapies Victoria offer one-day and weekend retreats. This is an opportunity to immerse yourself in therapeutic activities designed to relieve stress and anxiety, and support your physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.
Weekend Retreats
Step away from daily life, take some time for you, and discover new ways to support your health and wellbeing. Our weekend retreats are a chance for you to disconnect from daily stressors and connect with a calm, nourished, and more easeful state of being.
You will enjoy a weekend of being fed delicious, nutritious food, that you don’t have to cook! We offer a range of activities for you to explore such as gentle yoga, bush walking, and forest therapy, guided meditation, breathing practices and deep relaxation techniques, plus the program may include art therapy, clay therapy, or horticulture therapy.
We also acknowledge the need for lots of free time for you to relax alone or enjoy the company of new friends. You can participate in as little or as much of the program as you choose.
Our retreats are usually located within a 1.5hr drive from Melbourne to make it an easy weekend getaway. Our program generally begins on a Friday evening and concludes on Sunday at lunch, so attendees can be home for Sunday afternoon.
